Shipping Policy

On The Go Mart ships from 6413 Bowness Rd NW, Calgary, AB, and delivers across Canada.

Calgary and Greater Calgary: local delivery

  • Calgary: $15, free on orders over $98 (before tax).
  • Greater Calgary and surrounding areas: $25, free on orders over $198 (before tax).
  • Same-day delivery: orders placed between 12 pm and 6 pm (Mountain time) are eligible for same-day delivery in Calgary, subject to driver availability.
  • Delivery is by our local delivery partner, who will contact you by text or email.

Rest of Alberta

$30, free on orders over $198 (before tax).

Rest of Canada

$45, free on orders over $198 (before tax). Orders are shipped with a Canadian carrier, chosen by destination, package size and weight. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Processing time

Orders to locations outside Calgary normally process in 1 to 2 business days, separate from carrier transit time. Promotions, holidays, product launches and high order volume may lengthen processing. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Frozen items

Frozen items are delivered by our driver with a cooler bag so they are placed safely. Please consider the delivery distance when ordering frozen items. We do not deliver dairy items.

Quick Bites (order-ahead food)

Food orders are taken Monday to Thursday until 9 pm (Mountain time) and delivered on Saturday. We do not take food orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Pick-up only items (18+)

Vapes, bongs and lighters are available for pick-up only at 6413 Bowness Rd NW, Calgary. Valid ID showing you are 18 or older is required.

Tracking

If your tracking has not updated in 10 or more days, please contact us.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Keep the box, shipping label, internal packaging and the damaged items, and send clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout. If tracking confirms delivery to the address you entered, a refund or replacement may not be possible.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before it is packed, fulfilled or shipped, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
